Who this service is for
Amazon sellers importing stock from Chinese suppliers. The right plan starts with your delivery priority, shipment size and receiving requirements.
When to choose this service
FBA freight is appropriate when stock is intended for an Amazon receiving facility. Start with the actual shipment plan and warehouse address rather than an assumed fulfillment center.
What to check before booking
Check carton labels, product preparation, box contents and delivery requirements in your seller account before collection. A change in assigned warehouse can change routing and price.
Cargo acceptance & service limits
Customs release, physical warehouse delivery and inventory becoming available for sale are separate events. The forwarder cannot control Amazon receiving or account-level inventory restrictions.
How your shipment moves
Share the shipment plan, collect supplier cargo, check the agreed preparation tasks, arrange air or sea transport, complete the import process and coordinate warehouse delivery.
Information for an accurate quote
Share the supplier city, destination postcode, product description, carton count, gross weight, external packing dimensions and cargo-ready date. If you do not know all of these yet, send what you have and explain what is still being finalized.
Timing, costs & delivery scope
Ask for the proposed collection date, departure arrangement and expected delivery window for your shipment. Schedules, customs checks, cargo acceptance and local delivery conditions can change the journey. Rates are quoted for the actual cargo and booking date; confirm the scope and quote validity before shipping.
