Services, rates, routing and availability are confirmed in a written quotation and booking agreement. Website information does not reserve capacity or guarantee a delivery date. Changes in cargo, packing or destination can require a revised quote.
Shipment information
You are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, values, measurements and receiving details. Disclose batteries, liquids, dangerous goods and other transport-sensitive features before collection. Cargo acceptance must be confirmed for the selected service.
Responsibilities & exclusions
The agreed contract and service scope determine transport, customs and delivery responsibilities. Door-to-door wording does not automatically include duties, taxes, unloading or special handling. Inspections and other exceptional events may affect timing and costs under the agreed terms.
