Create the shipment plan in your seller account, then organize freight around the assigned destination and preparation requirements. Supplier pickup, international transport and Amazon receiving are separate parts of the journey.
Start with the actual shipment plan
Use the assigned warehouse address and shipment references, not an old destination from a previous order. Share carton quantities and box-content information. Changes to the assignment can require new labels and a revised freight plan.
Agree preparation support
Confirm which party applies carton labels, checks packaging and handles any agreed repacking. Keep product preparation and transport packing requirements aligned. Check current account instructions before goods leave the supplier.
Plan import clearance separately
Establish a suitable importer and broker arrangement before dispatch. Freight to a fulfillment center does not eliminate import obligations. The seller must make sure the product and documentation are acceptable for the destination market.
Allow for warehouse receiving
Proof of delivery is not the same as inventory available for sale. Keep the shipping documents and shipment references, then monitor receiving in your seller account. Build replenishment plans around usable stock rather than only the vehicle arrival date.
