Compare the service, not just the name
For each courier, confirm the service product, destination coverage and expected delivery window at booking. Request the same origin and receiver address in every comparison. Tracking is useful after handover, but does not replace a complete shipping scope.
Measure the parcels first
Provide external dimensions and gross weight for each package. Irregular packaging, heavy pieces and remote delivery locations can change handling and price. Ask whether fuel and other applicable surcharges are already included.
Check the goods before pickup
