Prepare for import and receiving
Confirm the commercial importer and broker arrangements, keep the invoice aligned with the carton contents and supply the current shipment labels. Discuss warehouse appointments and unloading needs when comparing delivery options.
Preparation & shipment documents
Send the current shipment plan, warehouse address, product descriptions and carton-level packing information. Confirm which party supplies and applies labels and which preparation tasks are included. Product compliance and seller-account settings remain the seller’s responsibility.
From supplier to fulfillment center
Agree the cargo-ready date and collection scope, consolidate compatible orders if needed, carry out the selected preparation support, arrange the international transport and coordinate import release before the final delivery.
Timing & service boundaries
